We are not like other companies who charge excessive postal prices we believe in offering a fair pricing policy for all our customers. We charge what it costs us plus a handling fee of only £1 this ensures your products can be packed in good packaging and ensures they arrive to you safely and in good condition first time round. Orders over £50 are free delivery for everybody.

We add a £1 handling fee to all orders to cover postage and warehouse costs.
Orders placed before 1:00pm (Monday-Friday) are dispatched from our warehouse the same day, subject to stock availability and any security checks, via Royal Mail 1st Class or our secure couriers, City Link.
Orders placed after 1:00pm during the week or at weekends are processed and dispatched the following working day.
We dispatch orders normally on regular working days throughout the festive season.
Pre-orders for products not currently in stock will ship as soon as stock is available - therefore a separate P&P charge will apply to each pre-ordered item for details.
During times of peak seasonal demand (for example Valentine's Day, Father's Day, but especially Christmas) there may be a slight delay in the dispatch of your order, so please check our homepage for details and allow extra time for delivery.
Every product tells you if it's in stock or not within the description of that product any items not in stock can be pre-ordered.
Dolls houses can take upto 7 days extra to be delivered. All dolls houses are sent separate from anything you order that is smaller due to the large bulky size of the dolls houses.
If for any reason there's a major delay with the expected delivery time, we'll contact you and explain the situation.Please allow a couple of extra days delivery time for orders to Scottish Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland. Please note we cannot deliver orders to PO Box addresses.
We will deliver to all countries in the European Union and some countries outside. At checkout if your country is listed as a delivery option we will deliver to you. If you are unsure please

Returns
We pride ourselves on 100% customer satisfaction. If you think you may need to return a product then please call our customer service number on 01744 632091 as soon as possible.
If an item is damaged when you receive it please call us the same day as receiving it to report the damage. We will ask you to send back the damaged item and we will send out a replacement. All return postage costs will be refunded.
If you wish to return an item for any other reason than a fault or transit damage you can do so within 14 days of purchase date on your invoice. You will be required to pay the return postage costs we will refund inital cost of product LESS postage costs we have encurred.
